Todd Pugatch is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Oregon State University, part of the School of Public Policy. He is also a Research Fellow at IZA (Institute for the Study of Labor). 

His research areas are development economics, labor economics, and the economics of education. His current work focuses on education reform in the Gambia and Rwanda, youth unemployment in South Africa, and the effect of Mexican immigration on labor markets in the U.S.
