Shoshana Griffith manages multiple IPA Urban Sanitation projects in West Africa, coordinating with researchers and field staff to implement project designs, manage incoming data, and oversee analysis and reporting. Shoshana joined the Senegal Urban Sanitation project in 2012 to support data cleaning and analysis, and transitioned to Research Manager in 2013 when similar projects began in Ghana and Burkina Faso. Prior to pursuing her MS, she worked in international education for four years. Shoshana holds a joint MS in Agricultural and Applied Economics and Agroecology from the University of Wisconsin, and a BA in International Development Studies from the University of Virginia.
