Rafael Novella is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University College London Social Research Institute and an independent consultant. He has worked on several research projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean, at the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank, the University of Genoa, the Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE), and the Ministry of Health of Peru. He is also a Research Associate at the Oxford Department of International Development (ODID\Young Lives) and an Associate Research Fellow at the Centre on Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance (SKOPE) at the University of Oxford. Mr. Novella holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Essex.
