Melissa serves as a Field Manager for IPA Rwanda. She is currently working on a research project called “Using Household Grants to Benchmark the Cost-Effectiveness of Huguka Dukore: An application to youth employment programming in Rwanda." Melissa joined IPA in 2016 and began working at different positions. She is passionate about development economics and the use of data to inform effective policies. She holds a BS in Statistics Applied to Economics from Institut d'Enseignment Superieur de Ruhengeri and is am currently pursuing an M.Sc in Economics at the University of Kigali.
