Luciana works on the Policy and External Relations team and writes policy briefs, blogs, and other products to communicate program impacts. Currently, she supports the RECOVR initiative to provide decision-makers with rigorous data and evidence to mitigate the socioeconomic impacts of the COVID-19 crisis. She previously worked at Chemonics International and Namati: Innovations in Legal Empowerment, and possesses regional experience managing donor-funded projects and business development focused on human rights, local governance, and financial inclusion across Latin America. Luciana holds a BA from the University of Maryland, where she was a Banneker/Key Scholar, and an MPA from Princeton University.
