Laila Firdaus is a Senior Field Manager at IPA Zambia for the Girls Negotiation Project. Her role entails recruitment and training of field staff, and planning and management of field operations. Before joining here, Laila was managing a survey of readymade garments manufacturing firms in Bangladesh as a Program Coordinator with Centre for Policy Dialogue. She had also worked for IPA Bangladesh for over 3 years where she was a Consultant/Field Manager for the Girls’ Empowerment Project, and a Field Supervisor for the Electronic Wage Payments Project.
