Immaculate serves as a Research Associate at IPA Uganda. She is a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) practitioner and economist with over a decade of diverse experience spanning NGO and private sectors. She is highly skilled in designing, implementing, and leveraging theory of change frameworks to drive impactful outcomes. She has actively contributed to a wide array of studies including feasibility assessments, baselines, and impact & end evaluations. Immaculate holds a Master's degree in Economic Policy. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Management Studies specializing in M&E.
