Heather Richmond is currently assisting with project development with the Financial Inclusion Program and in education. She joined IPA in 2012 as a consultant on a microcredit impact study and officially joined in 2013 to manage the Peace & Recovery Program project developments. Previously, Heather managed poverty alleviation programs in education and workforce development and volunteered with US Peace Corps and Mercy Volunteer Corps. She was awarded the Rotary World Peace Fellowship to pursue an MA in International Relations, focusing on Peace Studies, from International Christian University, Japan and has a BA in Business Administration from Mercyhurst University.
