Guillermo works as a Senior Research Associate on financial inclusion and pension evaluations. He has previously worked for the Dominican Republic IPA office on a commitment savings initiative and in Colombia for an SMS incentive for saving in the BEPS evaluation. Guillermo is part of the Executive Board of Fundación Con Las Manos. He has a BA in both Economics and Philosophy from the Universidad de los Andes. His research interests include impact evaluations, education, and development.
