Fabrice serves as Field Manager for IPA Rwanda. Previously, he worked for three years as part of the field team of IPA Rwanda as a supervisor, back-checker, and monitor and enumerator. Fabrice has experience implementing and managing randomized evaluations in the field. Fabrice will hold a Master’s degree in 2020 in Project management from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali. He specializes in horticulture and passionate about running experimental research. He holds a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Rwanda.
