Chiara works as Research Associate together with Professor Guy Grossman and Robert Blair on Community Policing, a project aimed at building trust and cooperation between police and citizens in Uganda by allowing officers to respond more proactively and by providing mechanisms to report acts of corruption and abuse. Prior to joining IPA, she worked as a Research Associate at the Institute for International Economic Studies and the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation Development and Evaluation. Chiara holds a BA and a MSc in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.
