Augustin Kouadio joined IPA Côte d’Ivoire in 2018 as a Field Assistant on the Kin Networks project, which examines the redistributive pressures of kinship networks faced by women in Côte d’Ivoire. Since September 2020, he has become a Field Manager and is currently working on a project concerning labor productivity. He also supports the overall operations of the IPA Côte d'Ivoire office. Prior to joining IPA, he worked for organizations such as the Red Cross and the National Institute of Statistics. Augustin holds a master's degree in sociology with a specialization in economics and employment from the Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny.
