Andrew Kaung is a Research Associate at IPA Myanmar. Currently, he is working on the nationwide evaluation study of the Community Driven Development Project (CDDP), and on the impact evaluation of digitizing health records in clinics in Myanmar. Prior to joining IPA Myanmar, he gained nearly 2 years of business and social research experience in Myanmar. He graduated from Australian National University with a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE).
