On Monday, May 9, IPA Francophone West Africa and the Togolese National ID agency (ANID) under the President of Togo’s auspices signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).The MoU was signed in Lomé, Togo in the presence of IPA Executive Director, Annie Duflo and the Minister of the Digital Economy and Transformation (MENTD), Cina Lawson.The agreement specifies how IPA will assist the Agency and digital ecosystem in Togo, focusing on leaving no one behind in the Social Register of Persons and Households (RSPM) processes.
