On May 13, IPA Francophone West Africa (IPA FWA) and Côte d’Ivoire's Ministry of Planning and Development held a conference on the theme, "Best Practices for Efficient Development Policies in Côte d’Ivoire" at the Amphitheatre of the National Advanced School of Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSEA) in Abidjan-Cocody.The conference was attended by Kaba Nialé, Minister of Planning and Development of Côte d’Ivoire, and Annie Duflo, Executive Director of IPA, as well as stakeholders involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of public policies. The goal of this conference was to highlight best practices in public policy impact evaluation.
