Maria Andreina is part of the Right-Fit Evidence Unit in Uganda. She contributes to defining monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies for NGOs working on early childhood development. Previously, she worked at CAF - Development Bank of Latin America, supporting public institutions in the region improve and learn from their policies through evaluations and capacity-building activities. Maria Andreina also volunteered in Alimenta la Solidaridad, an NGO that attends children malnourishment in Venezuela, and has experience working on gender equality, education, and social protection. She holds a MA in Public Management from Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Administración and a BA in Business Economics from Universidad Metropolitana.
