Brennan supports IPA’s policy teams in west Africa and east Asia by creating strategies to engage policymakers in the use of rigorous evidence in policymaking. Brennan also creates externally facing policy briefs, and coordinates IPA’s presence at relevant international conferences. Brennan is a former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and relationship manager for a real estate lending startup. Brennan holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a BSBA in Finance the University of South Carolina.
