Devyani Pershad (Head of International Collaborations, Pratham) discussed the TaRL approach pioneered by Pratham and rigorous evidence on the various TaRL models implemented globally. The conference is part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion actions that IPA Peru is undertaking to promote a more diverse staff.The goal is to contribute to reducing the information gaps between universities around the country, especially those from less privileged backgrounds.During the event, IPA Peru's work was discussed along with the skills that students need to invest in to be eligible for IPA and related organization positions.
