The Department of Social Welfare and Development's National Community-Driven Development Program (KC-NCDDP) invited IPA Philippines to speak at their annual National M&E Conference and Planning Workshop from October 23-27, 2017. Jessa Cruz represented IPA Philippines and spoke in front of around 80 DSWD KC-NCDDP M&E field staff about IPA's protocols and best practices on data collection (getting the "Right-Fit" data), data management (ensuring research quality), and data utilization (making data and research actionable). The conference was held at Linden Suites, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
