Ilenyd works as Research Analyst at IPA Peru. She has previously supported projects related to education. Ilenyd previously worked as an Intern for Mate Raymi, a project focused on Intercultural Bilingual Education in Ayacucho, Apurimac, and Huancavelica. Currently she is assisting on a project focused on reducing the teenage pregnancy rate in Ayacucho. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Continental University.
