Glenda Otieno is a Senior Field Officer with the Encourage Early Reading as Groundwork For Education Project (EMERGE). Previously, Glenda worked with the Girls Empowerment Micro-franchising (GEM) Multilingual project as a Field Officer and for Nakuru Children Remand Home as a Children'S Officer and Family Health Options Kenya as a Peer Educator in Nakuru. She attended Moi University and graduated with a BA in Social Work.
