Daniela works as an Associate Research Manager at IPA Colombia, leading projects on mental health and socio-emotional skills among adolescents. Prior to IPA, she worked as an Advisor to the Colombian Minister of Health and as a Policy Advisor on citizen participation, peacebuilding, and anti-corruption in various government agencies. Daniela worked as a Research Assistant at the Berlin Social Science Centre and has conducted research in education and socio-emotional development of children from vulnerable communities. Daniela holds an MPA from LSE and an MPP from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. Previously, she obtained a BA in Psychology and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
