The Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF) is the Colombian State entity that works for the prevention and comprehensive protection of early childhood, childhood and adolescence, the strengthening of young people and families in Colombia, providing care especially to those in conditions threat, non-observance or violation of their rights, reaching nearly 3 million Colombians with its programs, strategies and care services with 33 regional offices and 215 zonal centers throughout the country.
