The IPA Peace and Recovery (P&R) Program is launching today its second Call for Proposals for its competitive fund.

We welcome proposals for full impact evaluations, pilot studies, exploratory and descriptive work, and travel grants across several broad areas including:
  • Reducing violence and promoting peace
  • Reducing “fragility” (i.e. fostering state capability and institutions of decision-making)
  • Preventing, coping with, and recovering from crises (focusing on conflict, but also including non-conflict humanitarian crises)

Expression of Interest (EoI) submissions are due on March 2, 2018. EoIs will receive a response from the P&R Program by April 16 either encouraging or discouraging the applicants from submitting a full application. Full applications will then be due by May 25th, and awards will be announced in July.
