Stephanie De Mel manages IPA's "Pay for Performance among Primary School Teachers" evaluation in Rwanda. She joined IPA in 2013 as a Research Coordinator for the PROSPECTS evaluation in Liberia. Stephanie has an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford and a BA in Economics and English Literature from the University of Melbourne.
