Armand Degla is a Research Associate for IPA Côte d'Ivoire. He is currently working on SEME crisis learning project (Soutenir l’Enfant à la Maison et à l’Ecole). Prior to joining IPA, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Empirical Research in Political Economy (IERPE) where he worked as program manager Associate on seven projects of RISE (Research on Improving System of Education) initiative that was implemented in Nigeria and Benin. Prior to this position, he worked as a consultant for other organizations. He has experience in questionnaire design, overseeing data collection, data quality control, and financial management. Armand has been a Predoctoral Fellow at the African School of Economics (ASE) where he got his Master’s.
