Sarah is a Policy Manager at IPA Ghana. She previously led the Right-Fit Evidence Unit's work at IPA Ghana as a Right-Fit Evidence Manager, working with the Ghana Ministry of Education to strengthen embedded evidence capacity to use administrative data to inform monitoring, evaluation, and learning of priority policy reforms. Prior to joining IPA, Sarah led a needs assessment of education in Syria. She also comes with experience working in U.S. state government and government consulting. Sarah was a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic and worked in Albania and Jordan. She holds an MA in Economics from the University of British Columbia, along with an MPA in International Development from Harvard University.
