Rosa works as a Research Associate at IPA Peru. She is currently working on a project that aims to measure the impact of an educational program with digital resources for teachers and students in Honduras. This project works in cooperation with Inter-American Development Bank, Shoulder to Shoulder, and the Honduran Ministry of Education. Rosa has formerly worked as a Research Assistant at Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE) on projects regarding management habilities in female entrepreneurs, financial inclusion, smuggling, and corruption. She has also previously worked for IPA on a strategy for the prevention of gender-based violence in rural areas. Rosa holds a BA in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
