Ronny Condor works as Research Associate at IPA Peru. He is currently working on a project that aims to train teachers and students in STEAM skills and data analysis to increase the enrollment in STEAM careers, in cooperation with the Inter-American Development Bank and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, and Technology of Belize. Previously he worked on an early childhood development intervention in El Salvador and on a project about entrepreneurial mindset training in secondary schools in Ecuador. Before joining IPA, he worked as a consultant at the Office of the Comptroller General of Peru. Ronny holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
