Pablo Villar leads various projects, mostly on SMEs and Financial Inclusion in Bogotá, Colombia. He also supports Colombia-DR Country Office in project development, budgeting and related matters. Before joining IPA, he worked on education and governance projects for a Colombian consulting firm and interned at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC. Pablo holds a MA in Economics from the Universidad de Los Andes.
