Oumar Koné is a Junior Research Associate at IPA Côte d'Ivoire. He currently manages the Kin Networks project in the randomized and controlled impact assessment of the realization of a savings account commitment for which he also leads the collection and management of data. Previously, Oumar worked as Field Manager at IPA and as a supervisor at the European Institute of Cooperation and Development. He has also worked as a Research Associate at the Ivorian Center for Economic and Social Research, specifically at the International Economic Relations Analysis Unit. Oumar holds a Master's in Development Economics from Felix Houphouet Boigny University. He also obtained a Master's degree in economics at Alassane Ouattara University.
