Oladayo A. Adebayo is a Research Manager at IPA Nigeria. Prior to joining IPA, Oladayo worked as a Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Consultant for UNICEF where he managed a girls' education project for three years in Northern Nigeria. He has about 10 years of research experience in health, education, women's empowerment, child protection, and development projects in West and East Africa. He holds an MSc in Demography and Population Studies from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and a BSc in Demography and Social Statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria.
