Bio Info

Odette has worked in intergovernmental, nonprofit, private, and public institutions dedicated to the promotion of security. She has experience in Project Management, Evaluation, Institutional Development, and Research.

Prior to joining IPA, Odette was the head of M&E of the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) in Mexico. Prior to IDLO, Odette worked in the Mexican Federal Government where she proposed, designed, and led the implementation of the QMS for the National Commission for Security. Odette's other previous roles include working for Colombian General Oscar Naranjo, Research Manager and consultant. 

She holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Political Science degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
