Nishat is currently involved in two randomized evaluations, "Save the Children Skills to Succeed (S2S) Program Impact Evaluation", and the NSF-funded "Collaborative Research: Informal risk-sharing and private initiative to mitigate local environmental risks." She started her career as an intern at IPA in August 2019. Since then, she has overseen several project's data collection processes and data management systems. Nishat completed her undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning, which motivated her to work with evidence-based research. Recently, she enrolled in a micro master's program on Data, Economics, and Development Policy.
