Newton Toe is a Research Associate working on the Sustainable Transformation of Youth in Liberia (STYL) 9+ years follow-up study in Liberia. He ensures adherence to data quality protocols (including data quality audits, data security, and data cleansing), manage project staff, and builds and develops relationships with project partners. He also assists in econometric analysis. Prior to joining IPA Liberia, Newton worked at Project Concern International, Concern Worldwide International, and Education Development Center. He is the CEO of the Network for Young International Experts in Research Data Management and Analysis. Newton holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics (MMES) from the African School of Economics.
