Neil Mirochnick oversees the Direct and Indirect Impacts of Credit for SMEs evaluation, in partnership with the Development Bank of the Philippines. Before joining IPA, he conducted an evaluation of a piped water scheme for the UN Millennium Villages Project in Uganda. Neil started working in development as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural Nicaragua, where he led an initiative to treat arsenic contamination in drinking water. He holds an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
