Mary leads IPA's learning and development work, enabling the professional growth of all staff. She started her career as a teacher in rural Chinese schools and has since worked in education technology, program management, and curriculum design. She holds a Master of Science in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
