Arantxa Rodriguez works closely with academic researchers and implementing partners to clean and analyze data and write policy memos and reports for different projects of the SME Initiative in Colombia. She also works in the design of survey questionnaires and coordinates field staff in order to ensure experimental protocol is followed and the data gathered is of maximum quality. Before joining IPA, she worked for the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills, UK Government, as part of her Master's capstone project "Modelling the effect of external finance on SME growth in the UK". She graduated with Distinction from the MPA of the London School of Economics and Political Science and has a BS in Economics from Universidad Carlos III.
