Lukas Keller has been a consultant for the IDB's Labor Markets Division since October 2016. Previously, he worked as a consultant for the Multilateral Investment Fund, a member of the IDB Group, on remittances and financial inclusion issues. He also has work experience at Dow Jones Inc., the German Cooperation (GIZ), and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. He has master's degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from Rutgers and Konstanz University.
