Luisa is currently working as a Research Analyst on a project that analyzes the impact of the Ingreso Solidario Program on Colombian households during the COVID-19 crisis. Luisa holds a BA in Political Science and a BA in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota. Before assuming her position at IPA, she had the opportunity to work as an intern at the Office of Strategic Alliances in the Inter-American Development Bank, at the Department of Economic and Social Affairs in the United Nations, and in the Macroeconomic Policy Division of Colombia's Ministry of Finance. Her interests revolve around early childhood and female empowerment.
