Lucy leads IPA's financial and administrative functions. She has over twenty years’ experience in financial, accounting and administrative management in both for profit and nonprofit international organizations, starting out in public accounting at Price Waterhouse. Prior to IPA, Lucy was Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Natural Resource Governance Institute where she led its administrative separation from Open Society Foundations and established and led NRGI’s enabling functions including finance, grants, IT and HR. Lucy is a UK Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Sc. in economics from the London School of Economics.
