Liz manages and implements strategic communications projects to support IPA’s mission. Before joining IPA, she was a Policy Officer in the Rural Transformation and Gender Equity Division of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome working primarily on gender and social protection.  Before that, she was a Senior Research Associate with AcademyHealth in Washington, D.C., and a Research Analyst with the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development in Geneva. Liz has a Master of Public Policy from the Bloustein School of Urban Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
