Laza Razafimbelo works on the "Market Linkages for Smallholders in Uganda" project which evaluates the impact of contract farming services and a mobile technology-enhanced trader alerts system on food markets across Uganda. Prior to working with IPA, Laza works on a couple of impact evaluation projects in Madagascar (ILO and CEFOR) and in France (JPAL). He did an internship with a French research organisation (IRD-DIAL). He has a MA in Economic Analysis of Policies from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University France, and a BA in Development Economics from the University of Antananarivo Madagascar.
