Kristianna (Kristi) Post currently works as a Senior Research Manager for the Research Methods and Knowledge Management team based in New Haven, Connecticut. She joined IPA in 2012 as a Research Associate for the Kenya Life Panel Survey in Busia, Kenya. Kristi later transitioned to work as a Research Manager for the Kenya office, where she supported a number of projects in Kenya and Tanzania that spanned the sectors of health, education, water and sanitation and agriculture. She has a BA in Anthropology from Connecticut College and an MS in International Development and Behavioral Decision Science from Michigan State University, with resident work experience in Kenya and Vietnam, as well as field experience in Belize and Tanzania.
