Kris Cox provides leadership and guidance to IPA's offices in West Africa. She supports the development of new partnerships between IPA researchers, local organizations and government partners. Previously she was the IPA Country Director in Rwanda, where she oversaw IPA Rwanda's research portfolio spanning health, education, finance, and entrepreneurship, and managed financial and administrative operations. Prior to joining IPA in 2012, she worked with research and policy organizations to address domestic poverty and health policy issues. Kris received an MPP from Harvard University, at the Kennedy School of Government, and a BA in Mathematics and History from the University of Virginia.
