Kim Smith works with the US Finance Initiative of IPA's Financial Inclusion Program. She manages a portfolio of behaviorally-informed pilot projects as part of the Financial Products Innovation Fund, and provides project management support on a randomized controlled trial of nudges to save. Prior to joining the Initiative, Kim assisted with the evaluation of a community based hydro-electric project in rural Kenya. She holds a BA in Economics from McGill University.
