Karine Kouacou is the Head of Policy and Right-Fit Evidence Unit for IPA's Francophone West Africa offices. Prior to joining IPA, she served as an international consultant, providing a range of policy advice, from agenda-setting to evaluation to development organizations. She also worked for the Ivorian Business Confederation (CGECI), the largest employers’ organization in Côte d’Ivoire, and the Ivorian Ministry of Economy and Finance. She managed, as a Director, business climate and private sector development programs, in partnership with the Government of Côte d’Ivoire, and development partners. Karine holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSEA) and an MSc in Finance (EMLYON). She is fluent in French and English.
