Justo Mirabal currently works on the impact evaluation of the conditional transfers program of Progresando con Solidaridad (ProSoli) in Dominican Republic. Justo worked in the research department of the National Statistics Office and as a local consultant for the World Bank in Santo Domingo. He has a BA in Economics from Instituto Teconológico de Santo Domingo and holds an MA in Applied Macroeconomics of Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
