As an Associate Research and Policy Manager, Joyce leads IPA Ghana’s Embedded Evidence Lab. In this role, she provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Education and its agencies to strengthen their Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems and capacity. She also supports scale-up efforts of proven interventions with the Ministry. Previously, she collaborated with government partners and UNICEF to implement Targeted Instruction in selected schools in Ghana. Joyce holds an MA in Social Policy Studies and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Ghana.
