James is a Research Associate for the Evaluation of the African Health Markets for Equity (AHME) project under IPA. He is responsible for the survey data processes of the end line evaluation. He is skilled in surveys processes, use of ICT4D technologies in social research, data quality, and knowledge management. He is also experienced in evaluative research and monitoring evaluation and learning for development initiatives. Prior to joining IPA, James had worked as research associate in impact evaluation engagements in Kenya and other East African countries. James is completing an MSc in Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Nairobi, where he holds a BSc in Range Management.
